We presented our idea including our rough plan. We mentioned how we were going to share the different roles involved in making the video, between group members.
Mary – Ning Co-ordinator, and communicating with Hamara.
Jo – Project Leader (planning & organisation)
Bea – Leading the editing
Micaela – Working with the events team
Azza – Focusing on interacting with people at Hamara, and on the publicity team
We talked about our approach of spending the first week getting to know the different groups at Hamara, before introducing cameras and filming the week after to make sure they are comfortable with us. We explained how we plan to review and edit the footage as we go along, identifying which shots we still need to get.
